Who we are
Terpd is run by Thomas Opsal, Norway. Terpd is in pre-launch and does not yet have a registered company. We will update this page when it does. Contact: hello@terpd.app.
What we collect on the waitlist
- Your email address
- Your country and, if you add it, your state, province or region
- Whether you are a consumer, grower or brand, or dispensary
- Your confirmation that you are of legal age
Why we collect it
We use this only to tell you when Terpd launches where you live and to decide which markets to open first. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing for other companies.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, which may process data in the United States. We keep your data until launch in your market, or until you ask us to delete it.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and countries our visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@terpd.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Norway this is Datatilsynet.
